Role Overview:
1) Responsible for Overall Office Management & Customer Management.
2) Responsibility Office Operation
3) Courier & Shipment handling
4) Customers / Clients Management
5) Maintain registers and documents for calls, cheques, couriers & stationeries .
6) Cleanliness of office
7) Overlook security & documents
8) Attendance Management for the staff
9) MIS & Data consolidation
10) Handling of Admin related grievances
11) Any other jobs assigned by manager from time to time
Essential Skill Set :
1) Presentable as the candidate will be the image of the organization
2) Good communication Skills
3) Good working skill with MS Office & Mails
Desirable Skill Set :
Good smiling candidate
Qualifications and Experience :
Graduation preferable but not a must, should have a work exposure.
